The New Year

Salem's favorite spot.

He gets really rilled up when we play!

He's about to attack me...

We have a new addition to our family, Salem! Brad and I adopted him back in November to keep me company while he's away. He's such a little stinker! Brad and I absolutely adore him! He's so much fun to play with and VERY entertaining! He loves to nap in my lap, play with his stuffed mice, and steal all of my hair ties (I can never find any of them as he usually bats them underneath the oven or washing machine). Salem's almost 4 months old.

So, it's been a while...

Sorry that it has been so long since I posted; I suppose you can chalk it up to laziness and just generally forgetting to put stuff up! But, since I've got time on my hands, I'll post a bunch of pictures of what Brad and I've been up to the last 6 months! The pictures are from Cochran Family Vacation 2007, Maryland where Brad was at Officer Basic Course at Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, MD, our trip to Philadelphia to see Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, and our trip to Washington, D.C!

Brad and I just got our new apartment in Colorado Springs, so I'll be posting pictures of our first home soon!

At Arches National Park with my family

At Delicate Arch

Me at Grand Tetons National Park (it was gorgeous!)

View of the Chesapeake Bay in Havre de Grace, MD (about 5 miles north of Aberdeen)

It was so wonderful being on the East Coast during the fall! I've never seen so many vivid colors! The trees that turned crimson were my favorite. (This tree was on post at APG)

The Liberty Bell with Independence Hall in the background! This was such a wonderful experience; it was so cool to see where our nation was born!

The Washington Monument! It is so beautiful when lit up at night! The weather on our final day in DC was perfect!

Right outside of Arlington National Cemetery; Brad couldn't resist taking his picture next to the 4th Infantry Division structure! Maybe his CO will promote him after seeing this...

Brad and I at the Lincoln Memorial; sorry the picture is so blurry-it's so hard to get a good night shot! This was one of Brad's most favorite moments in D.C.

I wanted so badly to post about another 50 pictures or so (and it was hard not to)! I promise I will post more often when I get out to Colorado on Saturday (to move in!!!!!).

A few pictures from the Wedding Ceremony.

Just Married

I can't believe that Brad and I got married on the 19th! How very surreal!
